摘要
为应对污水处理厂出水标准的提高,粉末活性炭被广泛用于污水厂提标改造工程深度处理单元。但粉末活性炭投加系统的自动化程度低、投加量难以精确控制,导致投加浪费及出水水质不稳定。结合工程实际,分析进水水量、进水水质及进水温度等影响因素,提出适用于污水处理厂的粉末活性炭投加系统预测仿真模型的构建方法。
In order to improve the effluent standard of sewage treatment plant,powdered activated carbon is widely used in the advanced treatment unit of sewage treatment plant upgrading and reforming project.However,the low degree of automation and difficulty in controlling the amount of powdered activated carbon dosing system lead to the problems of waste and instability of effluent quality.In combination with engineering practice,water quantity,water quality,water temperature and other influence factors have been analyzed,and the suitable for sewage treatment plant of powdered activated carbon prediction method of building simulation model of the dosing system has been put forward.
