These are the important guarantee for the task of the implementation of“healthy China”strategy,including:strengthening the construction of medical ethics,carrying forward the noble professional spirit,building a medical staff team with exquisite medical skills,noble medical ethics and rigorous medical style.By analyzing the relationship between ideal and belief and the level of medical ethics,this study explored an effective way to strengthen ideal and belief,to internalize the humanistic quality of medical staff and improve the level of medical ethics.
