摘要
通过分析得知患者对人文关怀感受的评价因其性别、年龄、学历、就诊方式和就诊科室而不同。医学人文关怀的影响因素包括就诊方式、年龄和就诊科室。医疗机构应当优化门诊就诊流程,完善院内人文环境;医护人员应改善服务态度,提供个性化服务,努力推进全员全面全程医学人文关怀。通过了解医学人文关怀现状及影响因素,以期为进一步提高医护人员的人文素质和医疗实践中的人文关怀提供参考。
In this study,it was analyzed that the evaluations of medical humanistic care based on patients’feelings were different because of gender,age,education background,treatment methods and departments.The influencing factors of medical humanistic care included the way of treatment,age and department.Medical institutions should optimize the outpatient treatment process and improve the humanistic environment in the hospital.Medical staff should improve service attitude,provide personalized services,and strive to promote the comprehensive and full range medical humanistic care for all patients.Through understanding the current situation and influencing factors of medical humanistic care,this study aims to provide references for further improving the humanistic quality of medical staff and humanistic care in medical practice.
