摘要
为了解师范专科学校学生顶岗实习现状,以赣州师范高等专科学校顶岗实习为个案,通过对赣州师专147名顶岗实习学生进行问卷调查,发现顶岗实习生周课时普遍超过15节,且许多学生需要教三门及以上科目,教学任务繁重;学生课堂教学语言、板书设计能力亟待提高;学生住宿环境有待改善的问题。并分析问题背后存在的学校人才培养模式中分科过于精细、学生学习情况不佳等原因,提出重视立德树人,提高敬业水平;创新教育模式,强化专业技能;建立健全体制机制,提升学生综合素养;改善服务环境,提高顶岗实习生待遇等培养路径。
In order to study the current situation of the intership of students in the teachers college,taking the students in Ganzhou Teachers College as an example and 147 intern students in Ganzhou Teachers College as samples,through a questionnaire findings are as follows:the shortage of teachers in rural primary schools,the low quality of teachers,the heavy workload for the teachers in the rural area,the lack of teachers’adaptability,and as general more than 15 classes for the intern students,many of whom need to be engaged in more than three teaching subjects,so the pressure of challenge is great.Based on this,in view of the problems such as the too refined current training mode,the not good learning state for the college students,and the poor intern environment,four solutions are put forward:attaching importance to moral education and improving professional level,innovating education mode and strengthening professional quality,establishing and improving system and mechanism to ensure the quality of intern students,in addition of improving service environment and improving the treatment of intern students.
