中国临床医学高等教育机构调查问卷对临床医学人才培养的若干启示

Questionnaire Survey on Higher Education Institutions of Clinical Medicine in China Some Inspirations to the Training of Clinical Medical Talents

分析教育部临床医学专业认证工作委员会、教育部临床类教学指导委员会和全国医学教育发展中心,对我国本科高校临床医学本科办学调查问卷中部分题目的内容,给高等医学院校建设高水平医学类本科人才培养体系的重要启示是,以办好人民满意的临床医学类本科教育为宗旨,在顶层上要进一步完善医学类本科教育的治理与管理架构,在底层上要围绕学生成长成才,以质量为导向进一步加强课程建设,以结果为导向进一步优化教学过程。

Through analyzing some of the questions from questionnaire on the running of undergraduate institution for clinical medicine in China produced by Working Committee for the Accreditation of Medical Education of Ministry of Education,Teaching Steering Committee of Clinical Category of Ministry of Education and National Center for Health Professions Education Development,We can get important inspiration of building high level clinical undergraduate talent training system in medical colleges-Working hard to run education of the clinical medicine category undergraduate to the satisfaction of the people is the mission.We need to further improve the governance and management structure of medical category undergraduate education at the top frame and focus on students’growth of talent on the bottom,quality-oriented to further strengthen the curriculum construction,result-oriented to further optimize the teaching process.
