某教学医院对临床实习生小讲课意向的调查及思考 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨适合教学医院临床实习生的教学模式。方法:对杭州某医院2015-2017年度所有在岗临床实习生进行资料调取、管理者访谈和小讲课意向问卷调查。结果:小讲课内容方面,80%以上的学生选择了临床医学新知识、临床思维方法、临床操作技能,而35%以下的学生选择医患沟通技巧、医学伦理学。小讲课模式方面,65%以上的学生选择病例导向性和问题导向性讲课模式。学习方式方面,75%以上的学生选择网络化课程与手机终端学习的方式。结论:教学医院要引导临床实习生加强对医患沟通和医学伦理方面重要性的认识,适时转变讲课模式、增加现代化网络教学方法,提升教育教学水平。 [Objective]To explore the teaching mode suitable for clinical medical students in hospitals.[Method]Data collection,manager interview and questionnaire survey were conducted for all interns in a hospital in Hangzhou from 2015 to 2017.[Result]In terms of intended lectures,more than 80%of the students chose new knowledge of clinical medicine,clinical thinking methods and clinical operation skills,while less than 35%chose doctor-patient communication skills and medical ethics.In the mode of intentional lectures,more than 65%of people choose case-oriented and problem-oriented lectures.In terms of intentional learning mode,more than 75%choose online courses and mobile terminals.[Conclusion]The hospital should guide the medical students to strengthen the understanding of the importance of doctor-patient communication and medical ethics,timely change the teaching mode,add modern network teaching methods,and improve the level of education and teaching.
