原位模拟训练对提升低年资护士团队协作能力的研究

Research on In-Situ Simulation Training to Improve the Teamwork Ability of Low-Grade Nurses

目的:研究原位模拟训练对提升低年资护士团队协作能力的效果。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年7月入职我院的护士100名作为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50例。2组都通过幻灯片讲解、观看多媒体录像、单项操作培训等开展团队协作能力培训,对照组在示教室开展情景模拟训练,实验组在病房开展原位模拟训练。训练后用临床团队评价量表评估2组护士的团队协作能力。结果:演练后实验组团队协作能力合计得分(107.69±4.15)分高于对照组(100.04±6.02)分;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),演练前后团队协作能力差值合计得分,实验组(23.06±2.25)分高于对照组(17.47±1.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原位模拟训练可以更有效地提高低年资护士的团队协作能力,有推广价值。

[Objective] To study the effect of in situ simulation training on the team cooperation ability of junior nurses.[Method] From July 2016 to July 2017, 100 nurses who were rotated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(n = 50) and control group(n = 50). The two groups carried on slide presentation, watching multimedia video, single operation training, etc. TThe control group carried out scenario simulation training in the classroom, and the experimental group carried out in-situ simulation training in the ward.[Result] After the exercise, the total score of teamwork ability of the experimental group(107.69±4.15) was higher than that of the control group(100.04±6.02).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total score of the difference in teamwork ability between the two groups before and after the exercise was compared. The experimental group(23.06±2.25) was higher than the control group(17.47±1.94), and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).[Conclusion] In situ simulation training can improve the team teamwork ability of young nurses more effectively, and it is worth popularizing.
