心理干预在人工神经机器人治疗偏瘫患者中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨心理干预在人工神经机器人治疗偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:将50例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。两组均接受人工神经机器人系统的训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上进行认知干预、冥想训练以及社会支持等心理干预指导。采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)、Brunnstorm运动功能恢复量表及Spitzer生活质量指数量表(quality of life index,QLI),评估两组患者在干预前后心理状态、运动功能以及生活质量的情况。结果:经过4周干预,观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组运动功能恢复情况、生活质量指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能改善人工神经机器人治疗偏瘫患者的康复情况,促进其身心健康,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the treatment of hemiplegia patients with artificial nerve robot.Methods:50 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.Both groups received training of artificial nerve robot system.The observation group received psychological intervention guidance such as cognitive intervention,meditation training and social support on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.The hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD),Brunnstorm motor function recovery scale and spitzer quality of life index(QLI)were used to evaluate the mental state,motor function and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery of motor function and quality of life index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through psychological intervention,artificial nerve robot system can effectively improve the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients,promote their physical and mental health,improve the quality of life of patients.
