深入推进“五化同步”战略,促进学校高质量发展

摘要 新时代对职业教育发展提出了新使命、新目标、新要求。湖北工业职业技术学院根据新时代的新要求,结合自身的实际提出了学院事业高质量发展的“五化同步”战略。该战略实施一年来,学校各项工作取得了长足进展,然而也存在不少的困难和问题。本项目专题调研组经过实地调研,认为“五化同步”战略中最核心的是“本土化”,基础是“一体化”,困难是“精准化”和“国际化”;并指出制约“五化同步”战略主要瓶颈,明晰了推进“五化同步”战略实施对策:首先加强学习,理解“五化同步”,形成共识;其次建章立制,完善体制机制建设;再次强化落实;最后进行评估、检查,并不断优化方案,促进学校高质量发展。 The new era has put forward new mission,new goal and new requirements for the development of vocational education.According to the new requirements of the new era and its own reality,Hubei Industrial Polytechnic has put forward the strategy of“Five Modernization Synchronization”.Since the implementation of the strategy a year ago,the school has made great progress in all aspects of work,but there are also many difficulties and problems.Through field research,the research team of this project believes that the core of the“Five Modernization Synchronization”strategy is“localization”,the foundation is“integration”,and the difficulty is“precision”and“internationalization”.It also points out the main bottleneck of restricting the“Five Modernization Synchronization”strategy,and clarifies the countermeasures to promote the“Five Modernization Synchronization”strategy implementation:firstly,strengthen learning,understand the“Five Modernization Synchronization”,and form a consensus;Secondly,establish rules and regulations,improve the system and mechanism construction;Thirdly,strengthen implementation again;Finally,evaluate,inspect,and constantly optimize the program to promote the high quality development of the school.
