摘要
文章分析了我国高等职业教育人才培养模式出现的办学主体多元化、服务对象多样化、办学形式多样性、培养目标长远化、课程设置市场化、教学内容实践化、资格证书规范化、评估体系特色化等新的发展趋势,为应对经济全球化、高等教育国际化的挑战和提高我国高等职业教育的国际竞争力,提出了我国高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的策略:教育思想上突出“以人为本”、培养目标上以职业能力为本位、专业设置以市场需求为导向、课程体系向综合化发展、师资队伍建设向双师结构型发展、人才培养途径以校企合作为主、适当发展本科以上层次的高职教育、构建职教与普教衔接的终身教育体系、加强职业资格证书考核标准等,使其更符合世界职业教育发展趋势。
The article analyzes the diversification of the main body of school running,the diversification of service objects,the diversity of school running forms,the long-term training objectives,the marketization of curriculum,the practicalization of teaching content,the standardization of qualifications,and the specialization of the evaluation system in China’s higher vocational education.It also points out that in order to meet the challenges of economic globalization and higher education internationalization and improve the international competitiveness of higher vocational education in China,we propose a strategy for reforming the training mode of higher vocational education talents in China:“People-oriented”,vocational competence based on training objectives,market demand-oriented professional settings,integrated curriculum system development,dual-teacher structure development of teacher team construction,school-enterprise cooperation as the main channel for talent training,and properly development of bachelor or above degree in Higher vocational education,constructing a lifelong education system linking vocational education and general education,strengthening the assessment standards for vocational qualification certificates to make it more in line with the development trend of world vocational education.
