摘要
遵循学生的特征和职业成长规律,加快培养区域发展急需的各类技术技能人才,强化实训导向的人才培养模式,明确基于1+X证书制度的人才培养评价原则,确立人才培养评价内容,调整完善专业评价标准,不断提高实训和实战内容在专业评价中的比重。坚持“成果、效果、结果”评价,转变重知识轻技能的教学评价习惯,建立以能力为核心的“四实”人才培养评价体系。
Following the rules of students’characteristics and professional growth,to speed up the cultivation of regional development in urgent need of all kinds of technical professionals,strengthen the practice of talent training mode,clear system of 1+X certificate based on evaluation principle of talents cultivation,establish the evaluation content of personnel training,adjustment perfect professional evaluation standards and constantly improve the proportion in the evaluation of professional training and practical content.Adhere to the evaluation of“results,effects and results”,change the habit of teaching evaluation that emphasizes knowledge over skills,and establish the“four realities”talent cultivation evaluation system with ability as the core.
