基于企业需求的学生职业能力评价指标体系构建——以建筑相关专业五年制高职为例

Construction of Vocational Competence Evaluation Index System for Students Based on The Needs of Enterprises——A Case Study of Five-year Vocational College of Architecture

以目前高职人才培养质量评价中存在的不足与问题为导向,以建筑类专业五年制高职学生职业能力为研究内容,引入建筑类企业深度参与职业能力指标体系的构建,采用访谈、问卷等方法开展调研和论证工作,完成符合建筑类企业实际需求的职业能力评价指标体系构建工作,在校企合作视域下构建了高职人才培养质量评价体系,以促进建筑类五年制高职人才培养质量提升。

Based on the deficiencies and problems existing in the current evaluation of the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, this paper took the vocational competence of students in five-year vocational college of architecture as the research content, introduced the construction enterprises to participate in the construction of the vocational ability index system, carried out the research and demonstration work by means of interviews, questionnaires and other methods, and completed the vocational competence evaluation index system that meets the actual needs of the construction enterprises. In the view of school-enterprise cooperation, the quality evaluation system of higher vocational personnel training is established to promote the quality improvement of five-year higher vocational personnel training in architecture.
