摘要
基于全反射原理,建立焊带性能评估的表征方法--焊带光学利用率;通过该方法计算出反光或圆形焊带比常规型焊带多2.5倍以上反射光利用率。建立光伏组件光学增益近似估算模型,根据该模型可预估出不同类型焊带对光伏组件的功率增益。通过模型计算分析,试验中使用的反光焊带和圆形焊带可分别实现五主栅单晶光伏组件约0.6%和2.2%的光学增益,为高效低成本组件提供研究方向。
Based on the principle of total reflection,a characterization method for the performance evaluation of the welding strip is established-the optical utilization of the welding strip;it is calculated by this method that the reflected light utilization rate of reflective or round welding strip is over 2.5 times more than that of the conventional welding strip.An approximate estimation model for optical gain of photovoltaic modules is established,and the power gain of different types of welding strips to the photovoltaic modules can be estimated based on such model.It is calculated and analyzed through the model that the reflective welding strip and the round welding strip used in the experiment can achieve optical gain of about 0.6%and 2.2%for the five main grid monocrystalline photovoltaic modules respectively,providing research direction for highefficiency and low-cost modules.
