基于核心素养的幼儿园教师专业促进路径 被引量:11

摘要 幼儿园教师核心素养是幼儿园教师能以专业者的身份,自主、成功地应对幼儿教育工作的能力以及实现自身全面发展的素养的集合,是培养儿童核心素养的关键和前提。在教师教育从教走向学、从学科走向融合、从专业走向人文、从知识走向能力的发展转向中,教育实践的丰富性和复杂性为幼儿园教师核心素养的培养提供了实践支撑。可以通过基于儿童核心素养的教师能力建构、基于教师核心素养的教师教育课程设置和基于教师学习的培训方式变革提升幼儿园教师专业发展的质量,实现幼儿园教师队伍素质结构的整体优化和提高。 Core literacy of kindergarten teachers is their competence to autonomously and successfully deal with children education with professional identity,the collection of literacy to realize all-round self-development,and the key and premise to cultivate children’s core literacy.In the shift of teacher education from teaching to learning,from subject to integration,from profession to humanity,from knowledge to competence,the richness and complexity of education practice supports the cultivation of core literacy of kindergarten teachers.Construction of teachers’ competence based on children’s core literacy,design of education curriculum based on teachers’ core literacy and reform of training methods based on teacher learning are expected to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers’ professional development,and to optimize the quality structure of kindergarten teaching forces.
