摘要
微博已经成为高校抢占思想政治教育工作的主要阵地,但是由于微博信息鱼龙混杂,学生的思维模式和价值观念尚未完全成熟,因而就要求高校探索出一条最适合学生且最能被学生广泛接受的服务型的思想政治教育模式,利用微博实现与学生的良性互动。通过对研究生微博使用现状进行分析,了解到研究生在使用微博过程中具有受众广、用频高、盲从与个性共存、参与度高、参与效能较低等的特征,进而提出运用微博增强高校思想政治教育工作实效性的对策。
Microblog has become the main position for colleges and universities to seize ideological and political education.However,because quality of microblog information is uneven and many students have not yet developed mature thinking patterns and values,it is required that colleges and universities explore a service-oriented ideological and political education model that is most suitable for students and most widely accepted by students,in order to achieve benign interaction with students.This paper analyzes the status quo of the use of graduate microblogs,and finds that graduate students in the process of using microblogs have characteristics such as wide audience,high frequency,coexistence of blindness with personality,high participation but low participation efficiency,etc.Countermeasures are put forward to use microblog to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
