摘要
文章从"双随机、一公开"的概念入手,对"双随机、一公开"新型消防监督执法机制的优势进行分析,初步总结"双随机、一公开"消防监督执法试点工作中好的经验和做法,对此项工作存在的问题进行剖析,并提出工作建议。
Starting from the concept of "double random and one public"(an oversight model of random inspection and public release), this article elaborates the the advantages of this new type of fire supervision and law enforcement mechanism, the preliminarily summaries the obtained good experience and practice in the pilot supervision, analyzes the problems in this work, and puts forward associated suggestions.
