摘要
改革开放以来,我国高等职业教育的人才培养定位经历了技术型专业人才、应用型实用人才、高素质技能型人才和技术技能型复合人才的历史演变。在建设创新型国家的时代背景下,高职院校的人才定位应该转向培养"创新创业型技术技能人才",并在规划定位、师资队伍、专业群建设及人才培养模式等方面进行全方位的改革,以实现人才培养内涵的提升与优化。
Since the reform and opening-up, the orientation of talent cultivation in higher vocational education in China has experienced a historical change of "technical" professionals, "application-oriented" practical talents, "high-quality skilled" talents and compound "technical skills" talents. Under the background of building an innovative country, the orientation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges should be turned to innovative and entrepreneurial technical talents, and requires carrying out all-round reform in regional planning and positioning, faculties, specialty group construction and personnel training mode to realize the optimization and promotion of the connotation of personnel training in higher vocational colleges in China.
