佛冈县女性人乳头瘤病毒感染状况调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查清远市佛冈地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状,为宫颈癌防治提供科学依据。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月在佛冈县人民医院就诊的女性患者9 647例作为研究对象,检测其HPV感染情况。结果 9 647例患者中HPV总感染率为14.18%,以高危型感染为主,占感染人数的88.08%,低危型感染者占8.85%;HPV感染型别中以单一感染为主(72.73%),其次为二重感染(18.79%);HPV感染亚型检出率较高的是高危型52型(26.29%)、58型(14.87%)、16型(14.38%);不同年龄组的HPV亚型分布有差异,≤20岁组感染率最高(30.35%),其次为20~30岁组(16.01%)。结论佛冈地区妇女HPV感染以高危型、单一感染为主,低年龄组感染率较高,感染率较高的HPV亚型依次是HPV52型、16型和58型。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of cervical infection of human papillomavirus(HPV)in women in Fogan area of Qingyuan,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. METHODS 9647 female patients who came to the target gynecological clinic from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects to detect HPV infection. RESULTS The total infection rate of HPV in 9 647 patients was 14.18%. The main infection rate was high risk infection(88.08%)and low risk infection(8.85%).Single infection was the main type of HPV infection(72.73%),followed by double infection(18.79%). The detection rate of);HPV infection subtypes was high risk 52(26.29%),58(14.87%)and 16(14.38%)respectively. The distribution of HPV subtypes in different age groups was different. The infection rate was the highest in ≤20 years old group(30.35%),followed by(20~30)years old group(16.01%). CONCLUSION The HPV infection of women inarea was high risk type,single infection was the main type. The infection rate of low age group was higher,and the HPV subtypes with high infection rate are HPV52,16,58 in turn.
