综合干预对社区老年高血压患者血压控制和生活质量的影响

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Intervention on Blood Pressure Control and Quality of Life among Community Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨综合干预对社区老年高血压患者血压控制和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2019年1月在社区卫生服务中心就诊的120例老年高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组各60例。对照组采取常规干预,干预组采取综合干预,比较两组干预前后血压、生活质量、用药依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),干预组患者SBP和DBP降低程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组干预后心理功能、社会功能、环境功能和生理功能等生存质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者用药依从性及护理满意度评分均较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。结论综合干预能够有效地维持老年高血压患者血压稳定,提高生存质量和用药依从性。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on blood pressure control and quality of life among community elderly patients with hypertension. METHODS A total of 120 elderly patients with hypertension treated in community centre from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group(60 cases)and comprehensive group(60 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with control intervention and the comprehensive group was treated with comprehensive intervention. The blood pressure before and after nursing and the quality of life,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction after nursing were compared between these two groups. RESULTS After nursing,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of these two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the reduction of SBP and DBP of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life SurveyWHOQOL-100)of the comprehensive group after nursing were significantly higher than the control group in terms of psychological function,social function,environmental function and physiological function(P<0.05). The drug compliance and nursing satisfaction scores of the comprehensive group significantly increased than the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively maintain the blood pressure stability of elderly patients with hypertension,which could improve the quality of life and medication compliance.
