社区慢性病健康教育效果评估——以糖尿病为例

Preliminary Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of Community Health Education Model:Taking Diabetes as an Example

目的基于前期构建的社区慢性病健康教育评价体系,以糖尿病为例,对社区慢性病健康教育的实施效果进行评估。方法2019年4-6月以社区常见慢性病种--糖尿病为例,自行编制调查问卷,分别在健康教育课前和课后进行调查,了解居民对糖尿病知识的掌握情况、健康信念、健康行为和对健康教育模式的满意程度。数据分析通过EXCEL 2016和SPSS 19.0进行,以P<0.01为有显著性差异。结果健康教育前后问卷回收率均为100%,健康教育课后调查对象知识题目的正确率显著高于课前的正确率(P<0.01),且调查对象对社区健康教育模式的满意度很高。结论实施健康教育后居民对糖尿病相关知识的了解程度有了明显提升,说明面向社区居民开展的糖尿病健康教育取得了一定的效果,可向其他社区慢性病方向扩展应用。

OBJECTIVE Based on the pre-constructed community health education evaluation model,taking diabetes as an example to evaluate the implementation effect of community health education.METHODS From April to June 2019,taking diabetes as an example,self-developed questionnaires was developed to conduct investigation before and after the health education lecture,so as to acquire the the residents’knowledge of diabetes knowledge and health beliefs,health behaviors and satisfaction with health education models.RESULTS The recovery rate of questionnaires before and after health education was 100%.The correct rate of knowledge subjects after health education was significantly higher than that before class(P<0.01),and the respondents were very satisfied with the health education model.CONCLUSION Residents’knowledge of diabetes knowledge had been improved significantly before and after health education.The health education model for community residents had achieved remarkable results and could be applied to other communities in chronic diseases.
