淮南矿区煤炭资源安全高效开采保障技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 淮南矿区随着开采深度的增加以及智能化开采技术的应用,影响煤炭资源安全高效开采的因素逐渐增多。为此从地质构造及地质异常体、水文地质条件和瓦斯地质条件等方面分析了现阶段淮南矿区煤炭资源安全高效开采的影响因素,梳理了地球物理勘探、地质、钻探、防治水及瓦斯抽采等方面的新技术新方法,构建了煤炭安全高效开采保障技术体系。该体系以采区三维地震勘探为基础,采用高精度三维地震勘探及其他地球物理勘查技术、地面钻探技术,井下长钻孔定向钻探技术,结合底板灰岩区域探查超前治理、奥灰水试疏等技术进行矿井水害预防与治理;采用采动区煤层气地面钻井抽采及低渗透率煤层群煤层气地面压裂抽采、水与瓦斯同治等配套技术措施进行瓦斯综合治理与利用。 Along with mining depth deepening and application of intelligent mining technologies,factors impacting coal resources safe and efficient mining are gradually increased.For this reason,from aspects of geological structure,geological anomalous body,hydrogeological condition and gas geological condition etc analyzed impacting factors in coal resources safe and efficient mining.After the sorting of new techniques and methods in geophysical prospecting,geological exploration,drilling,water control and gas drainage aspects have structured a coal resources safe and efficient security technological system.The system has taken the 3D seismic prospecting as the basis,through precision 3D seismic prospecting and other geophysical prospecting,surface drilling,underground long borehole directional drilling technologies combined with floor limestone region exploration and advanced governance,Ordovician limestone water testing drainage etc carried out mine water hazard prevention and governance;using mining area CBM surface drilling drainage and low permeability coal group CBM surface fracturing drainage,water and gas simultaneous governance etc supporting technical measures carried out gas comprehensive governance and utilization.
