在南水北调工程验收工作中,设计单元工程完工验收是南水北调验收工作中至关重要的环节,也是竣工验收的重要依据。结合南水北调中线干线设计单元工程完工验收工作实践,提出了目前设计单元工程完工验收中普遍存在的问题,对如何完善设计单元工程完工验收工作提出了措施及建议,以促进设计单元工程完工验收科学、规范、公正、有效地进行。

Check and acceptance is one of the key components for the completion of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and also the basis for final check and acceptance. Based on practical experiences obtained during the check and acceptance of structures of Middle Route Scheme of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, recommendations are made for further improvement based on examination of common problems, so as to ensure successful completion of the project with conducting check and acceptance in scientific, standard, fair and effective ways.
