Internal Flow Field Analysis and Performance Optimization of Centrifugal Pump

摘要 为了提高离心泵的工作效率,课题组根据设计要求对其进行水力计算,利用CFturbo软件对离心泵进行三维造型设计,将模型导入ANSYS ICEM进行网格划分,利用FLUENT求解器对不同流量工况进行数值模拟计算,比较不同工况下的流场分布。此外,通过数值模拟方法对水泵进行扬程、轴功率和效率等性能参数计算,并将结果与CFturbo的预测值进行对比,结果显示二者的性能曲线趋势基本一致,运用遗传算法对离心泵的水力性能进行优化,对比优化前后的性能曲线,结果表明优化后离心泵的工作效率得到提高。 In order to improve the working efficiency of centrifugal pump,hydraulic calculation was carried out according to the design requirements,and the three-dimensional modeling was carried out by CFturbo software. The model was imported into ANSYS ICEM for mesh division. The FLUENT solver was used to conduct numerical simulation and calculation for different flow conditions, flow field distribution diagrams under different working conditions were compared. In addition,the head,shaft power,efficiency and other performance parameters of the pump were calculated by numerical simulation method,and the results were compared with the predicted value of CFturbo. The results show that the performance curve trends of the two are basically consistent. The hydraulic performance of centrifugal pump is optimized by genetic algorithm,and the performance curves before and after optimization were compared. The results show that the efficiency of centrifugal pump is improved after optimization.
