B超结合胎心监护诊断胎儿宫内缺氧及新生儿窒息的情况研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对于胎儿宫内缺氧以及新生儿窒息按照胎心监护诊断以及B超联合进行诊断的具体效果进行分析。方法:本研究共计纳入疑似存在有胎儿宫内缺氧以及新生儿窒息产妇80例,所有产妇均给与常规B超检测,同时再给与胎心监护诊断。结果:结合分析可知,在诊断准确性以及羊水污染诊断准确率等层面,联合诊断均具备显著优势,P<0.05。结论:按照胎心监护以及B超共同对胎儿宫内缺氧以及新生儿窒息症状进行诊断,可有效提升临床对该部分患儿的诊断效率。 Objective:To analyze the specific effect of diagnosis of fetal Intrauterine hypoxia and neonatal asphyxia according to fetal heart monitoring and B-mode Ultrasound.Methods:A total of 80 parturients suspected of fetal intrauterine hypoxia and neonatal asphyxia were included in this study.all parturients were given routine B-mode Ultrasound,and at the same time,the fetal heart monitoring diagnosis was given.Results:Combined with the analysis,the diagnostic accuracy and the diagnostic accuracy of amniotic fluid pollution had significant advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion:Diagnosis of fetal intrauterine hypoxia and neonatal asphyxia symptoms according to fetal heart monitoring and B-mode Ultrasound can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis efficiency of this part of children.
