经过几十年的发展,我国高等院校学历继续教育逐渐暴露出办学运行以及人才培养质量等方面的短板。鉴于此,分析了新时代背景下高校学历继续教育发展趋势,深入剖析了当前学历继续教育工作中存在的问题及成因,以求探索出一条适合我国高校学历继续教育健康发展的有效路径。

After decades of development,shortcomings of running schools and quality of personnel training in the continuing education of China’s colleges and universities have gradually been exposed,and continuing education of higher education has fallen into a huge reputation crisis.In view of this,the development trend of academic continuing education in colleges and universities under the background of the new era has been analyzed,in-depth analysis on the problems and causes existing in the current academic continuing education has been made,in order to explore an effective path suitable for the healthy development of academic continuing education in China’s colleges and universities.
