加强学生党员档案管理并有机融入学生党建工作是夯实和创新新时代高职人才培养的有效形式。高职院校应树立问题导向,不断加强和创新顶层设计,以加强档案管理为抓手并有机融入学生党建,努力培养学生的规矩意识、制度意识和创新意识等,进而提高学生党员档案管理的规范化、精细化和专业化水平,增强高职学生党建工作的特色和实效。

Strengthen students’archive administration and blend it into Party building,which is the effective way to enrich and innovate talent cultivation.Higher vocational education colleges should establish problem orientation,strengthen and innovate top-level designs to enhance archive administration thus to blend it into Party building,trying to cultivate students’awareness of rules,regulations and innovation,and then to improve standardization,refinement and professional level of students’archive administration,consolidate features and effectiveness of Party building of vocational college students.
