摘要
对影响转炉能效的工艺因素进行了研究。通过增加废钢比、缩短冶炼周期、优化炉料结构、降低出钢温度、提高煤气和蒸汽回收量五方面的工艺优化实践,转炉工序综合能耗从-16.60 Kgce/t降至-21.3 Kgce/t,节能效果显著。
The technological factors affecting the energy efficiency of converter are studied.Through the process optimization practice of increasing scrap ratio,shortening smelting cycle,optimizing burden structure,reducing tapping temperature and increasing gas and steam recovery,the comprehensive energy consumption of converter process is reduced from-16.60 kgce/t to-21.3 kgce/t,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
