摘要
在生产过程中,天津天铁冶金集团有限公司的汽轮机出现两次由于真空系统密封不足导致真空降低的故障。介绍了真空度降低故障排查的具体方法。经排查发现故障原因为排汽缸防爆门上防爆膜破损,凝结水泵检修时泵壳与泵体分离导致空气直接进入泵壳,并通过空气门进入凝汽器所致。提出了解决措施,正确处置后机组运行安全稳定。
In the production process,the steam turbine of Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.has two faults of vacuum degree reduction due to the lack of sealing of vacuum system.This paper introduces the concrete method of fault detection of vacuum degree reduction.It is found that the cause of the fault is the breakage of the explosion-proof film on the explosion-proof door of the exhaust cylinder.The separation of the pump shell and the pump body during the overhaul of the condensate pump leads to the direct entry of air into the pump shell and enters the condenser through the air door.The solution measures are put forward,and the operation of the unit is safe and stable after correct disposal.
