喷淋工艺在焦炉煤气脱硫系统碱洗段中的应用

摘要 为了提高焦炉煤气脱硫系统运行可靠性,选择系统的碱洗段,对喷淋工艺与填料工艺进行对比研究。结果表明,喷淋工艺中气相和液相的相对速度是填料工艺的4倍以上,反应面积是填料工艺的12倍。碱洗段采用喷淋工艺,其反应速率可以大幅度提高,有助于提升焦炉煤气脱硫系统的效能。 In order to improve the operation reliability of coke oven gas desulphurization system,the alkali washing section of the system was selected,and the spray process and packing process were compared and studied.The results show that the relative velocity of gas phase and liquid phase in spray process is more than 4 times of that of packing process,and the reaction area is 12 times of that of packing process.The reaction rate of alkali washing section can be greatly improved by spray process,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of coke oven gas desulfurization system.
