介绍了铺管船上石油钢管的参数、结构形式和堆垛方法,分析了现有钢管吊具在吊运石油钢管时存在的主要问题,阐述了2种新型大型铺管船龙门起重机石油钢管专用吊具的工作流程及优点,可为其他起重机吊具的设计或改造提供借鉴。

The parameters,structure and stacking method of petroleum steel pipe on pipe-laying ship are introduced,and the main problems existing in the lifting of petroleum steel pipes by existing steel pipe spreaders are analyzed.In this paper,the working process and advantages of two new type of large-scale pipe-laying vessel gantry crane steel pipe special spreader are expounded,which can provide reference for the design or transformation of other crane spreaders.
