高压岸电项目中针对低压船型的励磁方案设计

摘要 针对岸电系统中大容量降压变启动时存在的励磁涌流过大问题,以AC450 V/60 Hz低压发电机并网的集装箱船型为例,设计了一套高压励磁方案,通过高压限流电阻对船载大容量降压变进行限流启动,以防止空载启动时励磁涌流过大,从而降低启动涌流对岸电电源的冲击损害。该方案可实现串联高压电阻的限流原理在高压岸电领域的创新应用,解决大容量船载降压变启动时励磁涌流过大对岸电电源的冲击问题。 Aiming at the problem that the magnetizing inrush current is too large when the large capacity step-down transformer is started in the shore power system,the container ship with AC450 V/60 Hz low-voltage generator connected to the grid is taken as an example.A set of high voltage excitation scheme is designed,which starts the ship load large capacity step-down transformer by high voltage current limiting resistor.It can prevent excessive excitation current when no-load start,and the impact damage of starting inrush on shore power supply can be reduced.This scheme can realize the innovative application of current limiting principle of series high voltage resistance in the field of high voltage shore power,and the impact of magnetizing inrush current on shore power supply during the start-up of large capacity ship borne step-down transformer can be resolved.
