摘要
随着"互联网+"技术的发展,翻转课堂作为一种新的教学模式,在高校教学改革中备受青睐,但在实际操作中仍受到众多挑战。在对重庆邮电大学教师开展问卷调查基础上,通过定性和定量分析相结合的方法,分析出高校实施翻转课堂的制约因素主要有课程性质的选择面窄、教学资源体系建设难度大、教师实践难、学生自主学习能力差等,据此提出转变教学理念、以学生为本、科学把握翻转度、加大教学资源共享信息平台建设以及完善考核考评体系等建议,以推动翻转课堂在高校的进一步实施。
With the development of "Internet+" technology, ?ipped classroom has been favored as a new teaching mode in the teaching reform of colleges and universities, but it still faces many challenges in practical operation. Based on the questionnaire survey conducted by the teachers of CQUPT, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative, the restrictive factors of the implementation of ?ipped classroom in colleges and universities are analyzed, which are the lack of curriculums, the dif? culties of constructing teaching resources system and teacher’s practice, students’ poor self-learning ability, etc. Based on this, suggestions are put forward, such as changing teaching concept, putting students ? rst, grasping ?ipped degree scienti? cally, increasing the construction of teaching resource sharing platform and improving the assessment system, so as to promote the further implementation of ?ipped classroom in colleges and universities.
