双高建设背景下校企协同创新提升专业建设水平及社会服务能力研究

着重研究校企协同创新形势下,办学合作、教育合作、就业合作、发展合作等四大方面的问题和对策。通过研究,从学校的角度看,校企协同创新使得电信服务与管理专业设置依托地方产业,实现专业精准定位,做到产教研相融合,为地方经济发展积聚紧缺人才,促进地方经济发展,提高学生的地方就业率和大学服务地方经济发展的能力;从教师角度看,校企协同创新,有利于创建"双师型"教学团队,形成高水平的师资队伍;从学生的角度看,校企协同创新,有利于优化课程,学生可以真正实现对学习知识的应用,增强学习兴趣,改善实习就业环境;从企业角度看,在校企协同创新背景下,通过实施员工上岗前培训等相关内容,不仅降低了企业成本,而且有利于其获得稳定的人力资源和更多的政府政策支持。

This paper focuses on the four major problems and countermeasures of school-running cooperation, education cooperation, employment cooperation and development cooperation in the form of school-enterprise collaborative innovation.
