摘要
为调查新时期用人单位对人才培养的要求,应用网络调查和统计学的方法,得到用人单位对南通大学工科应届毕业生适岗能力素质要求的统计柱状图,结果显示:超过1/3的用人单位对人才合作能力、社交能力提出要求,对学习力、思维力、责任心、压力管理和领导技能等亦有较高要求。调研结果可为高校教育工作者优化教学设计提供一定的参考。
In order to investigate the requirements of employers for talent training in the new period, the statistical histogram of employing units’ requirements for the competence and quality of engineering graduates of Nantong University was obtained by using the methods of network survey and statistics. The results showed that the requirements for the ability of talents’ cooperation and social interaction, and also for learning ability, thinking ability, responsibility, stress management and leadership skills had been put forward by more than one-third of the employers. Some reference could be provided through the research results for the optimization of teaching design for university educators.
