摘要
铁路网与区域经济协调、有序、良性发展是新疆可持续发展的基础。为研究铁路网与区域经发展的耦合协调关系,以新疆14个地州(市)为例,构建铁路-经济发展综合指标评价体系,建立铁路-经济发展耦合协调度模型,分析2009-2017年间2个系统的协调发展水平。研究结果表明:除乌鲁木齐、克拉玛依和石河子市外,其他地州(市)基本上处于严重失调和极度失调的状态,铁路网与区域经济发展耦合协调度偏低,协调作用不强,铁路网建设滞后于区域经济发展。
The coordinated, orderly and benign development of the railway network and the regional economy is the basis for the sustainable development of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In order to study the coupling and coordination relationship between the railway network and the regional economic development, 14 prefectures(cities) in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are taken as an example to construct the railway network-economic development comprehensive index evaluation system, the railway network-economic development coupling coordination degree model is established, and the coordinated development level of the two systems between 2009 and 2017 is analyzed. The results show that except for Urumqi, Karamay and Shihezi, other prefectures(cities) are basically in a state of serious imbalance and extreme imbalance. The coupling degree between railway network and regional economic development is low, coordination is not strong, railway network construction lags behind regional economic development.
