摘要
采用水动力计算软件SESAM对1艘1 036 TEU集装箱船进行波浪载荷长期预报,按照CCS《钢质海船入级规范(2018)》对该船进行全船结构强度有限元分析,结果表明,该集装箱船的弯扭组合强度问题比总纵弯曲强度问题更为严重,并且在货舱舱口角隅和双舷侧内的水平肘板处存在高应力区域,这类船舶的结构设计过程中应重视这类结构问题。
The long-term wave load forecast for a 1 036 TEU container ship was carried out by using the hydrodynamic calculation software SESAM, and the ship’s structural strength was directly analyzed in light of the Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships(2018) of CCS. The results showed that the bending and torsion combination strength problem of the container ship is more serious than that of the longitudinal bending strength, and there is a high stress area at the horizontal elbow plate in the double side and the corner of the cargo hull, which should be paid attention to in the structural design of this kind of ship.
