摘要
针对制造方在特大型舱盖制造中因场地限制,工艺需要调整的问题,以62 000 DWT纸浆船背载式舱口盖加工工艺流程为例,介绍采用分2段单盖制作再整体合拢的工艺,重点分析背载试验注意的问题,制作完工后的计测数据达到舱盖结构公差,满足设计要求,证明该工艺方法合理。
In view of the problem that the shipyard needs to adjust the process due to site limitation in the production of the extra-large hatch-cover, the processing process flow of piggy back type of hatch cover on 62,000 DWT pulp vessel was taken as an example to introduce the technology of making single cover in two segments and then closing the hatch-cover as a whole, focusing on the matters should be paid attention in the load test. The measured data of the hatch cover produced by this technology can meet the design requirements, proving that the technological process is reasonable.
