摘要
针对浮托作业中关键设备在不同波高及波浪周期作用下的受力及运动问题,以常规浮托作为研究对象,统计浮托作业海域波高及波浪周期分布概况,选取特定环境工况,利用数值模拟软件输入驳船组块模型、环境条件、系泊系统布置、浮托关键设备等参数信息,建立浮托安装计算模型,分析波高及波浪周期变化对浮托安装对接装置、组块支撑装置及橡胶护舷等设备的作业影响,评估施工风险与结构安全性,并对现场作业气候窗预报提出相应建议。
Aiming at the force and motion of key equipment in the floating operation under different wave heights and wave periods, the conventional float-over installation was taken as the research object. The distribution of the wave height and period at the installation site was surveyed to select the specific environmental conditions. A numerical model was established based on the barge-topside model, environmental condition, mooring system arrangement, float-over key equipment parameters, to analyze the impact of wave height and period variation on the force and motion of the float-over key equipment, so as to evaluate the subsequent influence on the installation risk and structural safety. Some suggestions were put forward for the on-site climate window forecast accordingly.
