摘要
对黄陵某煤泥进行了各项物化性能分析和煤泥预处理试验,研究其用于分子筛原料的可行性。结果表明,该煤泥属于中灰煤泥,燃烧应用价值不大。该煤泥灰中,SiO2含量高达48.57%,Al2O3含量高达19.67%,这可以提供分子筛合成中所需的硅源和铝源。对煤泥灰除铁增白预处理后,Fe2O3含量降至0.85%,提高了煤泥用于分子筛原料的可行性。
Various physical and chemical properties analysis as well as pretreatment tests were carried out on a coal slime from HuangLing to study the feasibility of using as molecular sieve raw materials.The results showed that the coal slime belonged to medium ash coal slime and had little application value in combustion.The content of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the ash o was as high as 48.57% and 19.67%,which can provide silicon and aluminium sources for the synthesis of molecular sieves.After iron removal,the content of Fe2O3 decreased to 0.85%,which improved the feasibility of using coal slime as molecular sieve raw material.
