利用钢渣余热还原含锌粉尘可行性的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国钢铁企业含锌粉尘排放量的逐渐增多,其对自然环境和人体健康均造成了极大地危害。为了验证利用钢渣余热还原含锌粉尘的可行性,本文首先采用FactSage软件模拟了含锌粉尘中ZnO含量及配碳量对钢渣黏度的影响,并得出利用钢渣余热的较佳温度区间为1550℃~1700℃。然后利用熔点熔速试验验证了含锌粉尘中ZnO含量和煤粉配加量对钢渣熔点的影响规律,试验结果与FactSage模拟结果一致。同时得出当煤粉添加量为4%时钢渣余热利用率最高。 With the gradual increase of zinc dust emissions in China’s iron and steel enterprises, it has caused great harm to the natural environment and human health. In order to verify the feasibility of using zinc slag residual heat to reduce zinc-containing dust, this paper firstly uses FactSage software to simulate the effect of ZnO content and carbon content on the viscosity of steel slag, and finds that the optimal temperature range of using steel slag residual heat is 1550℃ ~ 1700℃. Then the melting point melting rate experiment was used to verify the influence of ZnO content and the amount of coal powder on the melting point of steel slag. The experimental results are consistent with the FactSage simulation results. At the same time, it is concluded that the utilization rate of residual heat of steel slag is the highest when the amount of coal powder added is 4%.
