2型糖尿病患者体液免疫指标水平与血糖、胰岛素水平的相关性

Correlation between levels of humoral immune indexes and levels of blood glucose and insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者体液免疫指标水平与血糖、胰岛素水平的相关性.方法选取41例2型糖尿病患者为研究组,另选取同期41例健康者为对照组.检测2组受检者体液免疫指标水平,并分析其与血糖、胰岛素水平的相关性.结果研究组患者免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、补体C3、补体C4水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).2型糖尿病患者的IgA、补体C3、补体C4水平与血糖、胰岛素水平呈正相关(P<0.05),IgG、IgM水平与血糖、胰岛素水平呈负相关(P<0.05).结论2型糖尿病患者体液免疫指标水平异常与血糖、胰岛素水平升高密切相关.

Objective To investigate the correlation between levels of humoral immune indexes and levels of blood glucose and insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 41 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as study group and 41 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of humoral immune indexes were detected in both groups,and their correlations with blood glucose and insulin levels were analyzed.Results The levels of IgA,complement C 3 and complement C 4 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IgG and IgM were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,complement C 3 and complement C 4 were positively correlated with levels of blood glucose and insulin(P<0.05),while the levels of IgG and IgM were negatively correlated with levels of blood glucose and insulin(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal levels of humoral immune indexes is closely related to the increase of blood glucose and insulin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
