摘要 抗栓治疗是目前冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)治疗的基石之一,目前临床指南推荐所有行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的患者均应接受双联抗血小板治疗(DAPT),即由阿司匹林和一种P2Y12受体拮抗剂组成的抗血小板治疗[1]。氯吡格雷是目前临床中运用最为广泛的P2Y12受体拮抗剂,此外还有一些抗血小板作用更强的新型的P2Y12受体拮抗剂,包括普拉格雷和替格瑞洛[2,3]。
