酸枣仁提取物配柴胡提取物组方促进动物身高增高及机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究酸枣仁提取物配柴胡提取物组方(以下简称酸柴提取物)促进小鼠增高的作用及机制。方法:通过给予小鼠酸柴提取物,观察药物对发育期小鼠体长增长、生长激素分泌、5-羟色胺受体配体结合活性的影响;同时给予大鼠酸柴提取物,检测对慢波睡眠的影响。结果:灌胃20d后,酸柴提取物明显促进发育期小鼠体长增长,且显著提高小鼠脑组织5-羟色胺受体配体结合活性及体内生长激素的分泌,与空白组比较差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);酸柴提取物可使大鼠慢波睡眠延长,与空白对照组比较差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:酸柴提取物具有促进动物体长增长的作用,其机制是酸柴提取物通过提高脑组织5-羟色胺受体配体结合活性,延长慢波睡眠时长,进而促进生长激素的分泌。 Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Bupleurum Extrac compound on Promoting Height of Animals.Methods:By giving mice Extract of semen ziziphi spinosae(zs)and extracts from radix bupleuri,compared the effect of body length in pubertal mice,growth hormone content,and analyzed the 5-HT1A receptor binding activity in the brain of mice,and while giving rats the two drugs detected the slow-wave sleep.Results:Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Bupleurum Extrac compound on growth of pubertal mice body length after 20 days of ig;and can improve the 5-HT1A receptor binding activity and GH in mice,compared with the blank group,there was a significant difference(P<0.01);There were significant difference in index of improving the slow-wave sleeping time of rats comparing with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Bupleurum Extrac compound can promote the growth of animal body length,its mechanism maybe improve the 5-HT1A receptor binding activity in the brain of mice and extend the slow wave sleeping time,thereby promote the secretion of growth hormone.
