环磷酰胺和雷公藤多甙治疗激素依赖型肾病综合征患者效果评价

Effect Evaluation on Treatment of Hormone Dependent Nephrotic Syndrome with Cyclophosphamide and Tripterygium Polyglycosides

目的:评价环磷酰胺和雷公藤多甙治疗激素依赖型肾病综合征患者效果。方法:抽取2017年4月至2019年9月时段内本院收治的激素依赖型肾病综合征患者70例开展本次研究,分析70例患者病例资料,以随机分组原则,将70例患者分为对照组、治疗组,对照组35例患者行环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组35例患者行环磷酰胺和雷公藤多甙治疗,对比两种治疗措施对临床观察指标、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果:临床观察指标与对照组相比,治疗组较优,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率与对照组相比,治疗组较高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均出现恶心呕吐、皮疹、心悸、腹泻等不良反应,经有效处理后,可缓解,组间对比不具统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:环磷酰胺和雷公藤多甙治疗激素依赖型肾病综合征,既可提高临床疗效,又能改善临床观察指标,用不良反应经正确处理后可有效缓解,用药安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of cyclophosphamide and tripterygium on treatment of hormone dependent nephrotic syndrome.Methods:70 patients with hormone dependent nephrotic syndrome admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to September 2019 were selected for this study.The data of 70 patients were analyzed and 70 patients were divided into control groups and treatment groups based on the principle of random grouping.In the control group,35 patients were treated with cyclophosphamide,and 35 patients were treated with cyclophosphamide and tragongtenin,and the two treatment measures were compared with clinical observation indicators,total effective rate,and adverse reaction rate.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical observation index was superior and statistically significant(P<0.05);The total efficacy of treatment was higher and statistically significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,rash,palpitations,and diarrhea.After effective treatment,they could be relieved.The comparison between groups was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:Cyclophosphamide and tripterygium polyglycoside treatment of hormone dependent nephrotic syndrome can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also improve the clinical observation index,with the correct treatment of adverse reactions can be effectively relieved,drug safety is high,worthy of promotion and application.
