摘要 针对传统永磁同步电机SPWM控制系统存在的直流母线电压利用率低,转矩脉动大等问题,研究了基于矢量控制(SVPWM)的永磁同步电机控制系统模型。详细分析了SVPWM控制中的参考电压扇区矢量判断模块、各扇区中各矢量作用时间模块、扇区矢量切换点确定模块和PWM脉冲信号产生模块的实现;同时,该系统采用矢量控制策略中的励磁电流id=0控制。在Matlab/Simulink平台上搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果表明:基于SVPWM控制方法下的永磁同步电机系统动态响应速度快,抗干扰能力强,仿真波形与理论分析一致,验证了该仿真实验平台的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of low DC bus voltage utilization and large torque ripple in the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor based on SPWM control system,a permanent magnet synchronous motor control system model based on vector control(SVPWM)is studied.This paper analyzes the reference voltage sector vector judgment module in SVPWM control,the realization of each vector action time module,sector vector switching point determination module and PWM pulse signal generation module in each sector.At the same time,the system adopts vector control strategy of the excitation current id=0 control.The simulation model is built on Matlab/Simulink platform,simulation results show that the dynamic response speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor system based on SVPWM control method is fast and the anti-interference ability is strong,and the simulation waveform is consistent with the theoretical analysis,which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation experiment platform.
