针对新型密集式立体军需仓库运行效率指标难以评估的特点,采用模糊层次分析法,建立了多层评价指标体系,对单项指标进行专家评判,通过逐级运算得出目标层对评语的隶属度,引入打分制,对评价集按最大隶属度原则给出了优劣等级评定,将影响仓库指标各项因素都融合于综合性的评分之中,为全面评价新型密集式立体军需仓库提供了科学参考。
