摘要
为解决部队砌体宿舍楼抗震加固改造方案决策问题,选出具有一定优势和综合效益较好的改造方案,通过运用层次分析法,将定性分析转为定量计算,对砌体宿舍楼抗震加固改造进行系统性的分析。以实际工程为例,构建目标层、准则层、方案层的三级层次模型,并进行计算排序权向量和各权重组合权重,得到总权重最高的方案为抗震加固最优方案。证明该方法对我军砌体房屋抗震加固改造方案决策具有一定的理论和参考意义。
In order to solve the decision-making problem of seismic reinforcement and reconstruction plan of the masonry dormitory building in the army,a reconstruction plan with certain advantages and better comprehensive benefits is selected.Taking the actual project as an example,the three-level model of target layer,criterion layer and scheme layer is constructed,and the ranking weight vector and the combined weight of each weight are calculated.It is proved that this method has certain theoretical and reference significance for the decision of seismic reinforcement and reconstruction of masonry buildings in our army.
