摘要
机载电气线路作为飞机内部的“神经网络”,其工作状态直接决定着飞机电气系统平台的可靠性。通过对机载电气线路敷设实际的分析,建立了基于热状态的物理和数学模型。提出了通过红外热像技术检测表面温度分布来获取敷设故障信息的方法,并针对汇线、余量处理等方式的红外特征进行了具体分析,认为温度场内最高温度和相对稳定温升能够更精确地描述其对热因子的敏感性;模型分析和实验研究均证明了红外热成像技术在机载电气线路敷设故障特征定性分析的可行性及定量诊断方法的有效性。
As the neural network of the plane,the working condition of the airborne electrical circuit directly determines the reliability of the aircraft electrical system platform.By the analysis of actual airborne electrical wiring cabling,the physical and mathematical model is built based on thermal state.Based on the infrared thermal imaging,the method to get the information of wiring fault by detecting the distribution of surface temperature is proposed.Combining the concrete analysis of the infrared characteristic of the line and allowance processing,it shows that the maximum temperature and relatively stable temperature difference in the temperature field are accurately to describe the sensitivity to the heat factory.According to the analysis of the model and the experiment,the technology of infrared thermal imaging is effective for qualitative analysis and diagnosis.
