沙盘游戏中意象体验性技术探讨

Research on the technique of image-experiencing in Sandplay

沙盘游戏在心理咨询与治疗领域被广为应用,对其象征意象的理解是该疗法的工作重点和难点。自由联想、积极想象、意象体现是探索象征意象含义的重要技术,基于沙盘游戏的工作原理以及对象征意象作用与意义的理解,将3种技术与沙盘游戏相结合,通过理论分析和实践总结,探讨3种技术作为意象体验性技术在沙盘游戏中的运用。自由联想、积极想象和意象体现技术均可形成有效的意象体验性技术运用于沙盘游戏工作中。意象体验性技术符合沙盘游戏的工作原理,也有利于加强其实践操作与工作效果,是沙盘游戏有效的技术拓展。

The Sandplay therapy is applied universally in the field of counseling and psychotherapy.It is important and difficult to understand the symbolic image in Sandplay.Free Association,Active Imagination and Embodied Imagination are important techniques in investigating the meanings of the symbolic images.Based on the working-principles of the Sandplay and on the understanding of the roles and significance of symbolic image in the Sandplay,this paper is to combine Free Association,Active Imagination and Embodied Imagination with the Sandplay,and to investigate the practice of the techniques of image-experiencing in the Sandplay through the discussion of the effects of the application from theory and practice.It is found that the techniques of Free Association,Active Imagination and Embodied Imagination all could be used well as the techniques of image-experiencing in the Sandplay.The technique of image-experiencing conforms to the working-principles of the Sandplay,and it can also enhance the practice and the effectiveness of the Sandplay.
