冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者血清adropin蛋白与炎性指标水平变化及相关性分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨血清adropin蛋白和炎性指标在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者中随病情进展的相关性。方法 选择2016年4月至2018年4月在该院治疗的CHD患者122例,根据冠状动脉SYNTAX评分分为高危、中危和低危组。检测血清炎性指标超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、人单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、T细胞激活性低分泌因子(RANTES)和adropin蛋白水平,并分析其相关性。结果CHD患者血清炎性指标hs-CRP、IL-6、MCP-1、RANTES水平随病情加重逐渐升高(P<0.05);血清adropin蛋白水平随病情加重逐渐降低(P<0.05)。经Pearson检验,血清adropin蛋白水平与以上炎性指标呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论 随着CHD病情进展,血清adropin蛋白水平逐渐降低,与炎性指标呈显著的负相关关系,这对CHD危险程度及预后判断具有一定指导意义。
